1. Introduction

DAYA Devraha facilitates donations for spiritual retreats, yagyas, and Vedic ceremonies in Vrindavan, India. All contributions are considered as donations supporting the spiritual activities and are processed according to this policy.

2. Payment Methods

We accept donations through the following methods: — Online payment via Razorpay (for INR donations) — Bank transfer (for USD, EUR, and other currencies) — UPI and other local payment methods where available All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

3. Transaction Process

3.1. When you register for an event, you will be provided with payment options based on your location and currency preference. 3.2. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your registration. 3.3. For bank transfers, please upload a screenshot of your payment for faster processing.

4. Privacy and Data

Your payment information is processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your complete payment details on our servers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. If an event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided. 5.2. For participant-initiated cancellations: — 14 or more days before the event: 100% refund — 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund — Less than 7 days before the event: No refund 5.3. Refund requests should be sent to events@dayadevraha.com.

6. Liability

DAYA Devraha is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's side that may prevent access to online events. We recommend testing your internet connection and equipment before the event.
